Privacy
This site uses no analytics or trackers. First-party cookies remember invitation access for 90 days and a completed beta request for one year. They store an access token or a confirmation reference and date, without your name or email. You can clear them in your browser settings. Stripe uses cookies on the shop checkout page.
What we collect
When you join the beta test we store what you type in the form: your name, email and company, your role and number of machines if you give them, whether you want occasional updates, and the date you signed up.
Why
Only to contact you about 9th Axis: the beta survey, the beta itself and, if you ticked the box, occasional updates. We never sell or share it.
Where
On Amazon Web Services servers in the United States (Oregon).
How long
Until the beta programme ends, or until you ask us to delete it.
Orders and payments
When you buy from the shop, payment is handled by Stripe. The checkout page loads Stripe's payment form, which uses cookies to prevent fraud; card details go to Stripe and never reach us. We keep your name, email, shipping address and what you ordered so we can ship it and keep our accounts.
